We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email contact@becosy.uk ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

Order processing times are usually the next business day after your order is placed. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times may go up to 3 business days following the day you placed your order.

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). Once shipped you will receive an email stating your courier and tracking number. We use a range of couriers depending on order size and delivery address so please refer to the courier website for estimated delivery times. 

UK, EU, Norway and Switzerland. Please note: we aim to limit customs fees but we are not responsible for any additional charges after shipping.

We currently only offer returns if there is a problem with your order that is not your fault e.g. we have sent the wrong item/item has arrived damaged. Make sure you carefully check the size guide for each item when ordering. If you need to make a return please email contact@becosy.uk and include your name, order number and reason for return.

Usually yes however for particularly large orders or orders containing some items that are on pre-order your order may arrive in multiple packages at separate times.

When buying a product please refer to the size guide for general sizing. Each product page will have a tab (on the side of your screen) containing a size guide for that specific product as sizing differs between collections. If you find that you are between sizes check the product description as that contains more detailed information about the fit.
