Plan on 6–12 business days in total. We spend 1–3 business days picking and packing, then the courier has it for 5–9 business days. The daily cutoff is 2:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday — anything after that, or over a weekend or UK public holiday, starts processing the next business day. Shipping is free, with no minimum spend, on every order. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Email us a return request within 30 days of delivery. We reply within 24 hours on business days with instructions and the address to send to — please do not post anything before you have them, because a parcel arriving unannounced cannot be matched to an order. Items need to be unused, unwashed, and back in their original packaging with any tags intact. We do not operate any hygiene or category exclusions — every product we sell is eligible for return within the window above, subject to that condition. Once your return is authorised, please post it back within 14 days of authorisation. Change-of-mind return postage is yours; if the item arrived damaged, faulty or simply not what you ordered, it is ours. We do not run direct exchanges — return the original and place a new order for the item you want. Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we can usually cancel it outright instead, before it enters processing.

We inspect the return when it lands and email you the outcome either way. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer then needs a further 3–5 business days to make the money available, and that part is out of our hands. There is no restocking fee on returns that meet our condition requirements. If something arrived damaged, or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging, and we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost. If a product develops a fault later on, that 48 hours window does not apply — your statutory rights do, and we will put it right at our cost.

Every order ships tracked. The confirmation email with your tracking link goes out as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can follow it on our tracking page using your order number and the email address you checked out with. Couriers typically take up to 24 hours to record its first scan, so a tracking number that shows nothing for a day or so after dispatch is normal rather than a problem. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days from dispatch, or your order has not arrived within 9 business days of dispatch, write to us and we will open an enquiry with the courier.

The options shown on the checkout screen are the definitive list — typically major debit and credit cards, plus digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device and browser support them.
